In honor of the iconic Julia Child, we present you with a delicious and fruity cocktail that perfectly captures her love for French ingredients and fruity desserts. This cocktail is a modern twist on her favorite Reverse Martini, with the addition of some heavy fruit notes.


  • 1 1/2 oz Dolin Blanc
  • 1/2 oz Plymouth Gin
  • 1/2 oz Giffard Apricot Du Roussillion
  • 1/4 oz Angostura Bitters
  • 1/2 oz Lime Cordial
  • 8 Blackberries
  • 2 oz Soda Water
  • Garnish: Mint Bouquet


  1. Muddle the blackberries in a shaker tin with lime cordial to make this cocktail.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients except for the soda water to the shaker tin with ice and give it a short shake. 
  3. Double strain the mixture into a highball glass over some cracked clear ice, and top it off with soda water. 
  4. Finally, garnish with a mint bouquet for an extra touch of freshness.
  5. Sip and enjoy with an imPASTA straw!
